X Ads Incentive Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are between you as “Advertiser” (as defined in the applicable agreement located at 
https://legal.x.com/ads-terms.html) and X Corp. and its affiliates (“X”).

Advertiser may be provided with X Ads credits (the “Credits”) in connection with an incentive, offer, or other program as solely determined by X (each, an “Offer”).

Except as otherwise provided, the X Ads credits expire on the earlier of the date specified by X and ninety (90) days from the date such Credits were issued.

The use of the Credits may be subject to a minimum spend on X Ads, as specified in the respective coupon or Offer.

The Credits will only be issued to Advertisers pursuant to the Offer as set forth by X to Advertiser. The Offer can only be redeemed while in effect. X may terminate the Offer at any time, in its sole discretion.

Credits earned through an Offer may be allocated to Advertiser in the form of bonus X Ads inventory. Credits may be used towards NEXT products, however any minimum spend requirements must be met. Advertisers may not use Credits to purchase revenue share products, including but not limited to, Amplify, LIVE, or any non pre-roll Amplify spend. Credits may not be used as part of any bundles for premium packages, including but not limited to, NFL and NBA packages.

Credits cannot be used or applied to purchase a Premium Promoted Trend or Premium First View (or other media inventory in the form of reservation placement) or as partial credit towards the purchase of a non-Premium Promoted Trend or non-Premium First View. Credits may only be used on X owned and operated applications. 

The Credits are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. The Credits may not be sold, licensed or otherwise transferred. 

Advertiser may only qualify for one Offer and the Credits may not be aggregated or combined with any other Offer.  

If Advertiser’s ads account currency differs from US Dollars, an equivalent value of the Credits will be applied in Advertiser’s account currency (the rate of exchange shall be determined in X’s sole and absolute discretion using a reputable and established currency exchange rate source e.g ECB).

Unless otherwise permitted by X, Advertiser’s ads account must have a valid credit card on file and Advertiser must purchase the qualifying X Ads via credit card to be eligible to earn X Ads Credits per the offer.

This offer only applies to Advertisers with active X ads accounts.

X will confirm qualified chargeable spend on a monthly basis, or as specified by X in its sole discretion, and Credits will be uploaded to Advertiser's account following such confirmation.

Advertiser will not receive a notification once the Credits have been used. Once the Credits have been redeemed, any additional spend by the Advertiser on their ads account will be charged to the credit card or other funding source (as permitted by X in its sole discretion) linked to Advertiser’s account. 

The Credits apply to X Ads purchases made after the commencement of the offer and cannot be used to pay amounts already owed. Credits will start to be provided following the serving of such X Ads purchased on or after the commencement of the Offer.

If you wish to discontinue advertising through X, you may pause or delete your campaigns at any time.

Your advertising activity remains subject to the applicable agreement located at https://legal.x.com/ads-terms.html, X’s Ads policies and other applicable agreements. Any violations, including but not limited to your failure to pay for ads within the required timeframe, may result in your suspension or removal from the X Ads program and will void the Credits. You may be ineligible for an Offer if your account has previously been determined to be in violation of X’s ads policies. X reserves the right to modify or revoke the Offer and/or change its terms at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion.

All other terms of any such Offer are as stated in such Offer.

The offer is only available in the territories determined by X in its sole discretion.
