Abstract

Welcome to the 2018 2nd International Conference on High Performance Compilation, Computing and Communications (HP3C-2018) to be held at Hong Kong from March 17, 2018 to March 17, 2018. It is indeed a great privilege for us to present the proceedings of HP3C2018, to the authors and delegates of the event. We hope you will find it educative and inspiring.

The conference has attracted papers from many international researchers and scholars in this field with burgeoning applications touching upon various sectors. The aim of HP3C-2018 is to provide a professional platform for discussing research issues, opportunities and challenges of High Performance Compilation, Computing, Communications. With the support received and the enthusiasm witnessed truly exceeding our expectations, we are delighted with satisfaction and appreciation on the eve of completion of this long journey.
