Senior Vice President, U.S. West Region

Gina Miller is a leader within the ADR industry and has deep experience with mediation and arbitration practices. Miller has contributed greatly to the practice of ADR in the United States by developing numerous programs to train neutrals in marketing, business development and mediation skills. 

As senior vice president, Miller oversees operations for JAMS in California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon and Arizona. She is responsible for creating new business opportunities and oversees the implementation of regional and national initiatives. She collaborates with other JAMS executives to establish strategic business initiatives and is accountable for the national client experience initiative and virtual operations. She is the chair of the regional advisory committee, which works to enhance panel recruitment and overall panel relations. Miller serves as the co-chair of the national operations committee on implementing company policies and is a board member of the company's DE&I committee. 

Before being named senior vice president, Miller served as vice president and director of operations for the Southwest Region and the general manager of JAMS' Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Ventura and Inland Empire Resolution Centers. Her vast experience at JAMS includes managing client services, case management, practice development, operations, and marketing and business development. 

Miller has also developed and delivered several hundred ADR presentations at law firms, bar associations and insurance carriers. In addition, she has served as a panelist and presenter on various business development and legal industry topics and has authored articles about developing a successful ADR practice. She is a frequent presenter on webinars and podcasts and is quoted in the Daily Journal, Corporate Counsel Business Journal and Law360.com.  

In 2016, the California State Bar appointed Miller to its Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, on which she served for three years. She previously served as the co-chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution's ADR Practice Management, Business and Skills Development Committee and as a council member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution. She continues to be involved with legal organizations, including the Western Justice Center. 

In a testament to her exceptional leadership and influence in the corporate world, Gina Miller was honored by Savoy magazine in its 2024 Most Influential Executives in Corporate America List. This recognition underscores her significant contributions and the high regard in which she is held within the industry. 

Miller's commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident in her educational background. She holds an MBA in general management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. She also completed an executive management program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Her dedication to furthering her knowledge is demonstrated by her participation in numerous ADR training programs at JAMS and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
