We're proud to be recognized by TIME and Statista as consumers' most favorite brand in the coffee category. Starbucks was founded on a love for high quality coffee – handcrafted by our outstanding green apron partners.    Our stores have always been more than a place to get a drink. They’ve been a gathering space, a community center where conversations are sparked, friendships form, and everyone is greeted by a welcoming barista. A visit to Starbucks is about connection and joy, and of course great coffee.   Explore TIME and Statista's full list here: https://lnkd.in/g9y6_sGa

"Starbucks was my first job and has always been in my life, so it felt obvious to try and apply for the internship program.    The biggest point of personal and professional growth was reframing my attitude around uncertainty. The nature of being a project manager is about managing relationships and change– quite different from the quantitatively focused operations roles I had worked in previously. Instead of seeing uncertainty and change as a setback and a sign that I hadn't prepared enough, I now see it as an opportunity to make things even better." Kohei, project manager intern Our summer internship program, hosted at the Starbucks Support Center in Seattle, features varying openings across multiple departments for undergraduates, graduates, MBAs and Starbucks College Achievement Plan scholars. Starbucks internships are posted now until mid-October. Learn more about our program and explore open roles here: https://lnkd.in/dbnt2Tpg #ToBeAnIntern #ToBeAPartner #MoreThanCoffee

"I am a Starbucks College Achievement Plan (SCAP) scholar, so I learned about the internship program through email. I chose to apply because as a shift supervisor, I see how our store partners (employees) live the mission and values every day with pride and passion. My goal was to experience the Starbucks Support Center (SSC) to know more about how Starbucks as a company nurtures that spirit from a technical lens. Everyone has been incredibly helpful in my desire to learn more about what it takes to be a data analyst. It’s nice to work in an environment where people want to see me succeed as a fellow partner. There has not been a single instance where I didn’t feel like I could ask tough questions or talk to more teams outside of my own. It’s been amazing to see that the passion of the stores translates all the way to the SSC."
