This will be one of my most profound National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) presentations ever! My team and I have researched, think-tanked, read research documents, talked to hundreds of people about this, and will present "Diversity That Unites" as a supersession at the conference. As much as people love our motivational style, this is not a motivational speech! We will be presenting it in a motivational way. Our goal is to relight the fire of DEI based on its many benefits to all stakeholders within companies and organizations. Our "DEI From The Inside Out" Model is different from any model out there because it is humanistic and benefits-driven. Our workshops with customers nationally are engaging, inclusive of all, and thought-provoking. It is not about conflict of opinions; it is about valuing all stakeholders, which leads to better recruitment and retention, organizational culture, team interactions, and employee satisfaction.
