Some interesting inside baseball on the Boeing plea deal, including what the G told the victims. Not sure the victims group is going to be able to put a real foot in the door here, but they may cause the judge to more closely scrutinize the plea and its provisions--as well as how those provisions are carried out once the plea is entered. That would be a win in many ways because it means more stringent oversight as the company tries to remake its safety and compliance culture.
