Check out our new paper on Cytokine Release Syndrome assessment in humanized BRGSF-HIS mice just released in Frontiers in Immunology! 👉 https://lnkd.in/d78zPUas This work is the result of a collaboration among genOway, Sensei Bio, and Crown Bioscience. We are happy and proud to share it with the community! Our study demonstrates the relevance of CD34+-reconstituted mice for CRS assessment of immunotherapeutic compounds and confirms the importance of myeloid cells in this process. Importantly, it shows that CD34+-reconstituted mice display broadened CRS-features compared to PBMC-reconstituted mice.
