We are happy and proud to share it with the community!   Our study demonstrates the relevance of CD34+-reconstituted mice for CRS assessment of immunotherapeutic compounds and confirms the importance of myeloid cells in this process. Importantly, it shows that CD34+-reconstituted mice display broadened CRS-features compared to PBMC-reconstituted mice.
