Tech Prep is a virtual career development program designed to equip aspiring technologists from overlooked communities with the professional skills needed to excel in the tech industry. Through a unique blend of assessments, workshops, live coaching, and resources delivered over eight weeks, participants will gain the clarity and confidence to transform their tech career aspirations into reality. TEC Tech Prep is specifically tailored for those interested in launching a career in software engineering, cybersecurity, or UX design.
