We bought the phone about three weeks ago. We got it home the first day and did not work. We called them and they said they would fix it. We stayed on the line with the lady for a couple hours didn’t get fixed. Couple days later we went down there four times $20 every trip 45 miles away. it’s still not fixed. They said we put a lock on it which it wouldn’t even working to. Why in the heck would we put a lock on it now they say they won’t take it back because it’s locked. We need help with Verizon to get this phone fixed

The phone is not easy to navigate, the girl at the store said it's like a Samsung not even close. The camera is great. Stores need to give more instructions when the phone is sold.

I have had nothing but the top Motorola phone for the past 10 plus years. I decided to give the new Pixel 9 pro XL a try and so far I am enjoying it. Really nice phone overall, size, speed, camera and battery life all great. Fun features on the camera and the Gemini is cool to play around with as well and easy to use. The only thing that I would change is that it should come with a charging block. It comes with a nice long cord but no plug. Really no a big deal I just order one and got it the next day all is good. So far I give the phone a thumbs up

could not get several apps from previous version to work on pixel 9 pro xl. Spent two days including several hours with Verizon tech who ultimately said there was something wrong with the phone. Also confessed his sister had the same issue. Was disappointed that I had to pay a restocking fee two days later when I exchanged it for a different phone. The Verizon sales person in the store also confessed when I was leaving that he had several other complaints. If there's a problem with a phone that I returned in 48 hours, and two Verizon employees confess that they had heard the same issues from others, then why do I have to pay a restocking fee for a defective phone!

It's fast at everything it does no delays or freeze frames here with this amazingly awesome Google pixel 9 proxL! Is it water proof for underwater video

Will this phone have any issues overheating? My pixel 7 pro has recently started overheating and shutting off and I do not want to upgrade to a newer phone that may have this issue. Pixel 2XL and 4Xl didn't have those issues and I'm a lover of the brand!
