Bring Me the Horizon (o simplement BMTH) �s un grup brit�nic de Metalcore, que van agafant influ�ncies de Chimaira, Deftones i entre altres grups del metal americ�.[1]

El nom de la banda prov� de la l�nia de la pel�l�cula Pirates del Carib La Maledicci� de la Perla Negra, on el Capit� Jack Sparrow diu "Ara, porta-me'n aquest horitz�" (en angl�s V.O : "Now, bring me that horizon.").[2]

El 2014 van guanyar el premi a millor �lbum de metal segons Alternative Press, una revista brit�nica relacionada directament amb la m�sica metal.[3]

Els membres fundadors de Bring Em the Horizon provenien de diversos or�gens musicals dins el metal i el rock. Matt Nicholls i Oliver Sykes tenien un inter�s com� en el metalcore nord-americ� com a Norma Jean i Skycamefalling, i solien assistir a espectacles locals de punk hardcore. M�s tard es va unir Malia que havia format part d'una banda tribut a Metallica abans de con�ixer al d�o.

Bring Me the Horizon es va formar oficialment al mar� de 2004, quan els membres tenien entre 15 i 17 anys. Curtis Ward, que tamb� vivia a l'�rea de Rotherham, es va unir com a guitarrista, Sykes com a vocalista, Malia a la guitarra principal i Nicholls en la bateria. El baixista Matt Kean, que estava en altres bandes locals, va completar la formaci�.
