Per Bakken is a Norwegian Nordic skiier who won the Nordic combined at the Holmenkollen ski festival in 1904. Braaten also won the Men's 50 km Cross Country skiing event in 1904. For his dual victories that year, Baaken earned the Holmenkollen Medal in 1907.
