Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- In Visual Editor on beta wiki, I add a citation using the "add citation dialog".
- In the dialog "extend a reference", I select a main reference.
- In the sub-reference, I click on "insert template".
What happens?
- The template dialog opens underneath the dialog "extend a reference". I cannot edit it.
- The "extend a reference" dialog is frozen, I can't interact with it (close it, click on links or buttons.) I can only close it using the escape key.
