Izabela Chmielewska has a doctorate of medical sciences, specializing in internal diseases and clinical oncology. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Pneumonology, Oncology and Allergology. She completed internships at Washington University in St. Louis and Princess Margaret Cancer Center in Toronto. She is constantly expanding her knowledge by taking an active part in congresses in Poland and abroad. She has been dealing with lung cancer patients since 2006. She is also gaining practical experience by conducting numerous clinical trials, mainly in the field of lung cancer and has more than 90 publications, IF 130,906.
