Jung-Hoon Kim received a B.S. degree in mechanical design and production engineering from Yonsei University in 1997, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from KAIST in 1999 and 2004, respectively. From 2004 to 2005, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Robotics and Human Engineering Laboratory, University of California at Berkeley. He is currently an associate professor with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Yonsei University, South Korea. His recent research interests include 3D concrete printing, automation and robotics in construction, structural health monitoring, and smart sensing.
