SOTIF Requirement Analysis Based on STPA

Published: 25 February 2022 Publication History

Abstract

With the increasing number of electrical and electronic systems in automobiles, safety issues are particularly important. Safety of the intended functionality is an important part of it, and it solves the safety risks caused by avoiding intended functions. This paper takes the active obstacle avoidance function of the autonomous driving truck as an example, through the STPA analysis method, analyzes the intended functional safety requirements corresponding to the front-view camera, and lays the foundation for the subsequent validation and verification of the requirements.
