I had problems activating a passkey on…

I had problems activating a passkey on a crypto exchange.
Triss was quick, friendly and competent and helped me in no time. By the way, it wasn't NordPass' fault but the website's error.

Premium Plan to Family Plan

Kurt, support person, was patient with me, while I upgrade from a Premium trail plan to set up my Family Plan for Nordpass. At first, I did not understand the process or concept, but he walked me through it.

Used other password managers, but I really like the feel, look and functionality of Nordpass after using my trail version.

Nordpass and Benjamin gave great support

Had an issue with MFA and Benjamin helped me gain access to the product so I could reset it. He was patient and helpful throughout. He was also very responsive which is sometimes unusual for chat.

Wow, Wow, Wow what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Dante Sanchez. Incredible service.... Answered all of many questions i had with links with all the information i needed. Thanks again to Dante and Nordpass for your avalabilty and professional service. I am now seriously considering to go with Nordpass. :)

NordPass login and access issues

Could not login to NordPass and could not access my browser extension for two says. I sent a chat to customer service. Benjamin quickly ascertained the problem and suggested I uninstall NordPass from Chrome and then reinstall. I did and my problem was solved quickly. Thanks Ben.

I was immediately refunded an…

I was immediately refunded an accidental purchase. Went to the 'chat', was immediately answered by Dante Sanchez. After explaining my problem, and after I declined Dante's suggestion that I try out what I had purchased during the 'free trial', my money was immediately refunded. Super! BTW, I continue to use and would recommend NordVPN.

NordPass reset process

I had an issue with accessing NordPass and used the NordPass chatbot process which put me through to a live agent.

My query was answered promptly and efficiently by the agent Arthur.

I found him helpful and understanding and would recommend using the NordPass chat process

If it doesn't work then want to delete…

If it doesn't work then want to delete it. I can't find a way to delete my data from NordPass. Asked a question. Instead I am now fighting a customer-retention team!

Despite my request to delete my data, you are messing me about AND NOT DELETING MY DATA!

Absolute headache

Really buggy, causes more problems than it solves (using the family plan) tried to cancel within original refund period and just never got a reply.

Moving to alternative PW vault when renewal is due. Would avoid or seriously consider other options first

Bob @ Customer Service Chat was Great

Bob @ Customer Service Chat was Great. Nord Password vault has kept me organized and feeing safe. Today my computer crashed and I was afraid taking my computer to get service with "auto log in" was going to be an issue. Nord has that figured out and I was instructed to log out remotely and get new codes. I had other questions, and the Nord Pass chat person (Bob, not a Bot) really was clear and precise with instructions and helpful information.
You can have the best product in the world, but if your customer service is lacking or non-existent, loyalty will disappear.
