Establishment and Application of Salary Business Circular Correlation Structure Revision model for Chinese Characteristic Institution Units

Abstract

The complex organizational structure and personnel structure of Chinese institution units make the salary system very complicated, the salary management very difficult, the management efficiency very low and the ability to adapt to the rapid change also very weak. Focus on these questions, this paper puts forward the methods of compositely associating various factors of salary business such as organization, personnel, salary standard, salary item, salary structure, issue way, salary account and salary change, and presents the salary business circular correlation structure revision model which make the organization as core. The model makes coherence of internal elements of the salary business, provides clear external interfaces, and simplifies the input and output. It makes salary management simple, flexible and efficient, and can adapt to changing salary business. This model has been applied in the human resource management system of a huge group type institution unit, and achieved good application results.
