TRHR (tirotropin-oslobađajući hormonski receptor) je G protein-spregnuti receptor koji vezuje tripeptid tireotropin oslobađajući hormon.[1][2] TRHR je nađen u mozgu. Kad je ovaj receptor vezan za TRH dejstvuje kroz fosfolipazu C i povišava intracelularnu koncentraciju inozitol trifosfata.
