Board of Directors
Thank you for your interest in the open position of Executive Director.
About the Position:
Stoa's executive director works alongside the board of directors to cast vision, execute day to day operations, oversee our amazing volunteer committees, raise funds, and serve as a spokesperson for the organization.
Qualifications:
- a sincere and growing follower of Jesus Christ
- a dynamic, self-motivated, experienced leader
- experience within the realm of speech and debate
- experience in leading teams and working in collaborative environment
- a familiarity with Stoa, its mission, and function (or like-minded organization)
- experience overseeing employees or volunteers
Strongly Preferred:
- a bachelor’s degree
- executive managerial experience in business, church, or non-profit sector
- project management experience in business, church, or non-profit sector
- a record of successful fundraising efforts
- experience working within Christian Higher Education
Specifics:
- salaried, full-time position
- remote position
- travel required (20-30 days per year)
- reports to the Stoa Board of Directors
Timeline:
December 5- deadline to apply (please express interest by sending a resume and cover letter to [email protected]). The Stoa Board and successful candidate will agree upon a start date between April 1 and August 1, 2025.
